client not satisfied with the order can return the items by sending the merchandise back in the same condition that it was sent (plastic bag and reference) within 30 days (thirty days) of the air waybill
articles that have been used, without reference, without original plastic bag will not be accepted as returned
return of merchandise must be sent through CERTIFIED MAIL. customer is responsible for shipping, handling and insurance cost. customer can make self-decision to insure shipments returned for exchange or refund. customer is responsible for loss of shipment
please follow below steps while sending back shipments
1) every return shipment needs a SRC number (Scorva Reference Number) in order to validate your return for refund or exchange. without an SRC number, your return is not validated and no refund will be issued
2) your shipment envelope / package should be clearly marked with the SRC number and include our invoice and product as in its original packing as you received
3) be generous to package it well. if goods returned back are in damaged condition, we will advise you the extent of damage and make decisions based on the how much charges will be needed to repair such damage because of your poor packaging
4) we respect your decision should you wish to ask for exchange or refund. at the same time we wish you to respect our sincerity in providing such exchange or refund service by using a certified courier company with a tracking number. Should packages not reach us or get lost during transition, you will bear all responsibility for such loss

4) on receiving your returned item, we issue refund or send back the exchange within 2 to 3 working days
